To create her works, Victoria Peev uses her own crafted papier mâché, Japanese clay and paper.
The artist prepares the moulding mass according to her own recipe. This allows her to create and experiment with different textures.
Sometimes the texture emerges while experimenting, other times the author is inspired by nature.
Victoria believes that the beauty of the world around us is reflected in colours, textures and shapes and that nature is the best artist and a great source of new ideas.
For someone who creates it is important that a person seeing the work would want to touch it and feel its warmth when touching it.
Handmade decorative items convey this warmth and create a special atmosphere in the interior.
Papier mâché is an environmentally friendly, very durable and quite lightweight material, which makes it possible to turn the most daring and bright ideas into reality in the form of decorative objects, lamps, vases, sculptures, decorative panels, pieces of furniture.
Victoria is happy to bring to life the boldest and most creative ideas of designers, not limiting them in size, shapes and textures. Her work decorates more than a dozen restaurants and shops in Chisinau and Romania. She also creates for private clients in Moldova, Europe and America.
